NATCHEZ, Miss. (AP) - An 18-year-old man has become the third person to have been charged in connection with a shooting two months ago of a teenager in Natchez.

The Natchez Democrat (https://bit.ly/2iG86fa ) reports that 18-year-old Harry K. Smith was charged Monday with attempted murder. He is accused in the shooting of a 17-year-old who was shot twice on Nov. 5.

Two 16-year-old boys have already been charged with attempted murder. The Associated Press generally does not identify juveniles charged with crimes.

The unidentified victim was reported shot at least two times. It is unclear whether Smith has an attorney.
