YELLOW SPRINGS, Ohio (AP) - Authorities in southwestern Ohio are searching for a shooter after a jogger spotted a woman’s body in the driveway of a duplex and a man was later found dead inside.

They were discovered Sunday afternoon at a residence in Miami Township, just east of Dayton. Initial reports indicated both had gunshot wounds, and the case is under investigation as a double homicide.

Police didn’t immediately name a suspect. Investigators were at the scene Monday.

The Dayton Daily News and WHIO-TV report that the coroner identified the victims as 44-year-old resident William Brown and 63-year-old Sherri Mendenhall, who lived in another apartment on the property.

Attorney General Mike DeWine told WDTN-TV that several agents from the state Bureau of Criminal Investigation were helping with the case.
