WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police are investigation the fatal shooting of a man in a home.
The department said in a news release that officers were called to the home early Wednesday for a report of shots fired. Police found 34-year-old Jermaine Francois in the home suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
Authorities say Francois was taken to Christiana Hospital, where he died. Police say his death was a homicide.
