Baton Rouge woman found shot to death in her home

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Authorities say a 29-year-old Baton Rouge woman has been found shot to death in her home.

Baton Rouge police said Asha Davis was found at the residence on Mohican Prescott Crossover around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

The Advocate reports (https://bit.ly/2iHDudK ) that no other details were immediately released, and there was no known motive for the shooting.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the police department’s violent crimes unit or Crime Stoppers.
