NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (AP) - A Massachusetts man awaiting trial on charges of raping a young girl has been indicted for related charges in another town where the girl lived.
The Sun Chronicle reports (https://bit.ly/2knpPN4 ) 47-year-old Felipe Gonzalez, of Brockton, was arraigned on charges of aggravated rape and indecent assault and battery in Attleboro District Court on Monday. Gonzalez pleaded not guilty.
Some of the alleged crimes occurred when the girl lived in North Attleboro.
Earlier rape charges were filed in Raynham where the alleged victim had also lived.
Gonzalez is currently free on $50,000 cash bail with a GPS monitoring bracelet. The case will resume March 6.
