NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Charleston County officials have released the name of a man found shot to death in North Charleston earlier this week.
The coroner’s office told local media outlets that 21-year-old Emory Sharod Lewis of Charleston died early Sunday.
North Charleston police spokesman David Cheatle said in an email that officers were called around 1 a.m. Sunday to a store parking lot.
Cheatle said officers found Lewis in front of the store with a gunshot wound.
No arrests have been reported.
