TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - An Ohio man has pleaded guilty in the fatal stabbing of his mother’s boyfriend.
Jack Birdsell, of Toledo, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice on Monday. The 21-year-old said he stabbed his mother’s boyfriend, 42-year-old Brian May, after an alcohol-fueled argument in August. Birdsell said he tried to hide the knife after stabbing May.
