ANDERSON, Mo. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a southwest Missouri jail inmate who walked off a work detail.
KOLR-TV (https://bit.ly/2iHIsu2 ) reports that 42-year-old Virgil Jay Potarf vanished Tuesday night while working at the detention center in McDonald County. Potarf has a history of alcohol and drug use and of assaults.
Anyone with information is urged to call the sheriff’s office.
