YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) - Authorities say a 64-year-old man from Yakima, who was critically wounded last month, died in his home.

Yakima County sheriff’s deputies say the man died early Wednesday morning. An autopsy was scheduled for later in the day. According to authorities the man returned home after being treated at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after suffering two stab wounds to the neck and possibly other injuries last month.

His 51-year-old brother was arrested Dec. 21 and charged with first-degree assault. Authorities said the charge could be revised.
