HOMER, La. (AP) - A man has been killed after he tried to illegally hook up cable TV in Homer.
Police Chief Russell Mills tells KTBS-TV (https://bit.ly/2hVWcSo ) 45-year-old Russell Moseley was possibly electrocuted after getting tangled in power lines while trying to illegally hook up cable for a resident of low-income housing apartments Tuesday night.
Moseley’s body was sent to Little Rock, Arkansas, for autopsy.
Meantime, the investigation into possible theft of utilities continues against a resident of the apartments.
