MORRISTOWN, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man has pleaded guilty to secretly videotaping six women with his iPhone while he had consensual sex with them.

The Daily Record reports (https://bit.ly/2hXnS7D) 29-year-old Philip Johnson, of Mount Olive, pleaded guilty Wednesday to six counts of invasion of privacy.

As part of the plea deal, prosecutors recommended Johnson be sentenced to a period of probation and up to a year in the Morris County Jail. The state agreed to dismiss 11 other counts, including the most serious one: endangering the welfare of a child. One of his victims was 17 - the legal age to consent to sex.

One victim who became aware of the filming took Johnson’s computer hard drive and gave it to police. Images of 12 women were retrieved; only six were identified.
