NORTH WILDWOOD, N.J. (AP) - North Wildwood police have captured a man who failed to return to a work release program in Philadelphia.
A detective spotted 50-year-old Mario Gigliotti getting into a vehicle on Thursday. Gigliotti disappeared from the work release program on Sept. 1, 2016.
He’s charged with being a fugitive from justice and is awaiting an extradition hearing.
