MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Minot police say two men are under arrest after a shooting that injured a man.

Police were called to a home on Minot’s Main Street early Saturday. The man was critically injured and was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound.

Authorities say a woman also was assaulted during the incident and was treated for her injuries.

Police say a 24-year-old Minot man was arrested on suspicion of burglary, aggravated assault and attempted murder in the shooting. A 26-year-old man also was arrested and is being held on suspicion of burglary.

Police say the two also are suspected of trying to hold up a grocery store in Minot early Saturday. The 24-year-old suspect also is accused of shooting through an apartment door in Minot Wednesday night with people inside.
