BREAUX BRIDGE, La. (AP) - Authorities are searching for two men in connection with a shooting that injured two people.
The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that deputies responded to a shooting in Breaux Bridge on Tuesday.
The Advertiser of Lafayette reports the two victims were sitting outside of a residence when two male suspects approached them and opened fire. The suspects fled the scene in a black infinity.

Both victims were taken to the hospital. One victim was listed in serious but stable condition Tuesday. The second victim was listed in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
