BEND, Ore. (AP) - A contractor hit and ruptured a natural gas line in Bend, causing a leak that closed some streets in the northwest part of town.

The leak happened Wednesday morning while the contractor was working in an alley.

KTVZ (https://is.gd/aQjcK1 ) reports roads reopened in the afternoon and repairs were expected to be finished by 4 p.m.
