PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Lanes that were shifted on Interstate 195 due to maintenance work on the Iway Bridge are set to be removed this week in Providence.
WPRI-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2eFP1gj ) that the state Department of Transportation will close some eastbound lanes Sunday night to remove the temporary concrete barriers. All lanes will be back to normal by Monday morning. Crews will repeat the process on westbound lanes Monday night and put down permanent lane striping on Tuesday.
The news station reports that the work depends on the weather.
