CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man who committed a weapons offense has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.

Thirty-five-year-old Darius Robinson, of Westville, was sentenced to 10 years and two months in prison Wednesday. Robinson previously pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a weapon.

Police say Robinson was arrested while in possession of a handgun in Gloucester County. Robinson served three years in prison for a previous drug charge convictions.

A judge also sentenced Robinson to three years of supervised release.
