LYNNWOOD, Wash. (AP) - Police say officers have arrested a 44-year-old man in connection with a fire that destroyed a church bus in Lynnwood, Washington.

Lynnwood police said in a news release that the blaze started before 1 a.m. Monday. The Lynnwood Fire Department says the Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church was damaged by the fire as well.

Lynnwood police said in a news release that surveillance video showed someone at the vehicle moments before smoke began billowing out of it.

Police say an officer arrested a man in Lynnwood before noon Monday who appeared to be wearing the same clothing as in the video.

The man arrested for investigation of arson.

No one was in the building or the bus when crews arrived, and there were no injuries reported.

Lynnwood police are investigating.
