LIHUE, Hawaii (AP) - A man arrested in Hawaii is facing extradition to Florida, where he’s accused of operating a prostitution ring.

Police arrested 67-year-old Robert Neil Jones on Friday at his home on the island of Kauai.

Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement say he owns 13 massage parlors from Naples to Tallahassee. Agents say the investigation showed Chinese women offering sex for additional money after massages.

Kauai County Prosecuting Attorney Justin Kollar said Monday that Jones waived extradition. Kollar says Jones was expected to leave Hawaii Monday or Tuesday.

The Kauai public defender’s office, which represented Jones, couldn’t be reached for comment Monday, a state holiday in Hawaii.

Jones faces charges including racketeering and money laundering.

Florida authorities are investigating whether any women involved are victims of human trafficking.
