FREMONT, Ohio (AP) - A man accused in the slaying of an Ohio woman whose body was found in her car trunk has been indicted on aggravated murder charges in the 2015 death.

A Sandusky County grand jury indicted 48-year-old Daniel Myers on Monday. The Clyde man also was indicted on kidnapping, robbery and tampering with evidence charges. Myers is charged in the death of 28-year-old Heather Bogle, of Fremont.

Bogle’s body was found April 10, 2015 in the trunk of her car at an apartment complex in Clyde.

Authorities say Bogle was shot and beaten. Bogle went missing after leaving work at a plant in Clyde where she and Myers worked.

The county prosecutor says Myers could face the death penalty, if convicted.

A message seeking comment was left at Myers‘ attorney’s office.
