NEW YORK (AP) - A New Jersey man and his 5-year-old daughter have been identified as the victims of a two-vehicle crash on the George Washington Bridge.

Authorities say 50-year-old Hector Pedercini and his daughter, Marianna, died after his SUV crashed into a box truck that was stuck in traffic on the New York-bound side of the bridge on Wednesday night.

Pedercini’s wife and mother-in-law, and his 1-year-old daughter survived the crash.

The driver of the box truck was not hurt.
