MESA, Ariz. (AP) - A police citation two burglars left at a house they invaded helped officers link them to the crime.
KNXV-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2rNZ1Kd ) an Arizona homeowner caught two people inside her house last week. The suspects fled out a window with bags of stolen items, but left one bag inside the house. Within it was a Mesa police citation given to 29-year-old Gabriel Angel Yrigoyen.
A citizen reported seeing two people jumping fences about a block away and officer were able to locate and arrest them.
Eighteen-year-old Destiny Joanna Reas was with Yrigoyen.
