COVINGTON, La. (AP) - The victims of a double homicide in Louisiana’s St. Tammany Parish have been identified.
NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports authorities say 34-year-old Donald Gros, of Marrero, and his girlfriend, 32-year-old Jennifer Magee, of Pearl River, were killed Monday at a home in the Pearl River area. Autopsies were conducted Tuesday. Results are being withheld by St. Tammany Parish Coroner Dr. Charles Preston at the request of the sheriff’s investigators.
The sheriff’s office is seeking the public’s help in locating Jason Magee III who is wanted on two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths. The suspect is Jennifer Magee’s ex-husband, who is considered armed and dangerous, although the sheriff’s office said the killings are likely domestic in nature.
