LOS ANGELES (AP) - Los Angeles firefighters found a 17-year-old boy dead and a 22-year-old man injured after extinguishing a fire in a converted garage.

The garage was well involved in flames when firefighters arrived Tuesday morning.

Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey says four people were living in the garage.



The 22-year-old victim suffered smoke inhalation and was taken to a hospital in good condition.

The fire remains under investigation.
