NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Investigators say a man who died after a shooting at a South Carolina bar was shot outside before running back into the building.

The Charleston County Coroner’s Office told local media that 32-year-old Dominique Broughton of North Charleston died at the scene after the shooting early Tuesday.

Police spokesman Spencer Pryor said officers had been called just before 2 a.m. and found a man who had been wounded.

Pryor said investigators think Broughton had argued with a suspect in the bar before both went outside.

Police say the suspect left in a car. No arrests have been reported.
