PHOENIX (AP) - Police in Phoenix are investigating a double shooting that left a 27-year-old man dead and a 15-year-old boy wounded.

They say the shooting occurred around 11:15 p.m. Wednesday near 91st Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road around 11:15 p.m.

Both the man and teen were taken to Phoenix-area hospitals.

Police say the man was pronounced dead. He was identified Thursday as Guadalupe Tellez Salcido III.

They say the teenage boy sustained minor injuries. His name wasn’t released and police say he wasn’t cooperating with officers investigating the shooting.

Police say they didn’t immediately have any suspects in the case.
