ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - An Edgewood man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in the shooting deaths of two men in a parking lot in northeast Albuquerque .

Police say 24-year-old Anthony Kapinski was booked in the shootings late Friday night of 21-year-old Jordan Mucher and 22-year-old Paul Francia.

Kapinski is being held at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center without a bond being set.

It’s unclear whether Kapinski has been assigned an attorney.

The parking lot in northeast Albuquerque is a place where people regularly gather and show off their cars, and hundreds of people were reportedly at the scene Friday night.
