SEATTLE (AP) - A 43-year-old man has been arrested on investigation of homicide following the death of a homeless man at an encampment in south Seattle.

KIRO-TV reports that a King County District Court judge on Tuesday set bail for Aaron Rillera at $1 million.

Prosecutors say Rillera told investigators he struck the back of Dillion Graham’s head with a baseball bat during a verbal argument.

Rillera waived his right to appear at Tuesday’s hearing.

Seattle Police initially thought Graham may have died of a drug overdose. His body was found Monday afternoon.
