RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Two men are dead after police say they were found with apparent gunshot wounds along a street in Virginia.
Richmond Police said in a statement that officers responding to reports of random gunfire on the city’s southside on Wednesday night found one man unresponsive on the street and a second unresponsive nearby on the sidewalk. Police say each suffered an apparent gunshot wound. Both were pronounced dead on the scene.
The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of their deaths.
Police say detectives spoke with several people who reported hearing gunshots.
