BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A 19-year-old Busby man has reached a plea agreement for failing to report what he knew about the beating and burning death of a 28-year-old Crow Agency woman.

The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/2mnkQdH) Frank James Sanchez has agreed to plead guilty Tuesday to failing to report a felony and being an accessory after the fact. Roylynn Rides Horse was assaulted and burned last April 17 and died on June 28 at a Salt Lake City hospital.

Dimarzio Swade Sanchez and Angelica Joe Whiteman have pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.

Prosecutors allege Whiteman beat Rides Horse and that Whiteman and Dimarzio Sanchez tried to strangle her. Dimarzio Sanchez reportedly asked Frank Sanchez to grab a gas can out of the trunk. Court records allege Dimarzio Sanchez poured gasoline on Rides Horse and set her on fire.
