TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Authorities in Tulsa say two people are dead and another wounded after a shooting that stemmed from the breakup of two teenagers.

Police Sgt. Dave Walker says a 17-year-old boy and an adult woman were killed in Sunday night’s shooting, and another adult woman was hospitalized.

Walker says the teen arrived at his ex-girlfriend’s house and an altercation began after a 45-year-old man inside the home told him to leave. Words were exchanged before police say the older man shot at a vehicle with the teen and two women inside.

The ex-girlfriend was not injured in the incident.

Walker says the man admitted to firing at the car but didn’t say whether someone in the vehicle was shooting back.

Additional information was not immediately available. Tulsa police are investigating.
