NEWARK, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested four people, including two juveniles, in burglaries at several self-storage facilities.

The agency said in a news release Wednesday that the burglaries of units in Kent and New Castle counties began in August and continued through February. Troopers say video surveillance helped them identify suspects. They were arrested earlier this month.

Twenty-year-old Jacob Kolar of Wilmington, 21-year-old Dennis Smith of Middletown, and two boys, ages 14 and 16, have been charged with numerous counts of burglary, theft and other offenses.
