ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (AP) - Police in Howard County say they arrested 13 drivers for driving under the influence on St. Patrick’s Day.
Police say the drivers arrested Friday were charged with driving under the influence.
Those arrested ranged in age from 23 to 64. Out of the 13 drivers, 12 were from Maryland and one was from Illinois.
