HOUSTON (AP) - Police say the body of a man who likely was killed three days earlier has been found in a home in southwest Houston.
The man has not been identified but the single-story home was being rented by three people. The body was found in a back bedroom.
Police Detective Michael Cass says authorities are trying to figure out why it took three days for someone to report there was a dead body in one of the bedrooms.
Police have taken several people into custody. No motive and no cause of death have been released but authorities say they are considering the man’s death a homicide.
