RONKONKOMA, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities on Long Island say three men have been arrested after police say they defaced several towns with graffiti.
Newsday reports (https://nwsdy.li/2mHsvGV) that a 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old man from Ronkonkoma along with a 19-year-old man from Bohemia were charged with 14 counts of making graffiti. Police say the trio, who call themselves the “No Sleep Team,” defaced dozens of businesses and vehicles between Jan. 15 and March 19.
Investigators say the group’s graffiti tear hit businesses and vehicles in Sayville, West Sayville, Oakdale, Bohemia and Ronkonkoma.
A court appearance for the three men has been scheduled for a later date.
