ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - State officials are starting the process to replace a judge who is retiring in the judicial district that includes Grant, Hidalgo and Luna counties in southwestern New Mexico.
The Sixth Judicial District Court Judicial Nominating Commission says the deadline for applications to replace Judge H.R. Quintero is 5 p.m. April 13.
Quintero serves in Silver City. The district also has judges in Deming.
