SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) - Four people have been arrested in a drug sweep at an apartment building in Springfield.

WWLP-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2lFWcDN ) city police say they nabbed four drug dealers Thursday night following an investigation into unlawful heroin sales. All lived in the apartment complex.

Officials say detectives seized more than 600 bags of heroin, about 42 grams of crack and powder cocaine and a loaded handgun.

Investigators say they also found more than $3,000 in cash and items used to package and distribute heroin and cocaine.

The suspects each face charges including cocaine trafficking and possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
