CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man faces dozens of sex- and porn-related charges including raping a Concord boy.

A Merrimack County Superior Court grand jury indicted Gary Chalifoux last month on 46 counts including aggravated felonious sexual assault, manufacture of child pornography and failure to register as a sex offender.

The Concord Monitor reports (https://bit.ly/2mBhWou) that the 45-year-old Chalifoux became a registered sex offender in 1993 and allegedly recorded himself raping a 6-year-old boy in 2015 in Concord.

The charges allegedly occurred between January 2015 and last May.

The indictments mean the grand jury thinks there’s enough evidence to proceed to trial.

Police arrested him in Manchester and he’s been held on $360,000 cash bail since December.

Chalifoux is scheduled to be arraigned March 13.
