RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A South Dakota man has pleaded guilty to failing to help an abused boy, then concealing his death from authorities.

An autopsy showed he died from “multiple blunt trauma injury,” including bleeding in the brain and intestines. He also had burn-like injuries and bruises.
