SEACAUCUS, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey police say a motorcyclist was fatally injured in a New Jersey turnpike crash, colliding with a Mercedes Benz and then striking a concrete barrier off the roadway.

The motorcyclist was taken to Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center Sunday with life-threatening injuries, and pronounced dead later that evening.

The rider’s identity has not been released, as police are still notifying next-of-kin.



The crash is still under investigation. The driver of the Mercedes was not injured in the crash.
