BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore Police have charged a man in the shooting of five people, one of whom died, in 2015.

The department said in a news release that 24-year-old Antonio Melvin was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of first-degree murder and four counts of attempted murder.

Authorities say on May 20, 2015, five people were found shot in east Baltimore. Police say 26-year-old Darrell Alston was shot in the head and died at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Police offered no motives for the crimes.
