FRANKLIN, Pa. (AP) - The former warden of a county prison in northwestern Pennsylvania already on parole for stealing more than $120,000 from a social club is now charged with trying to solicit sex from a teenage boy.

Fifty-four-year-old Timothy Lewis was sentenced to nine to 23 months in jail last year for stealing from Meadville Moose Lodge 2505 between 2011 and 2014. Lewis resigned as warden of the Crawford County Correctional Facility in Meadville a few weeks after he was charged in March 2016.

On Wednesday, that attorney general announced Lewis faces charges including corruption of minors, promoting prostitution and open lewdness for allegedly exposing himself to the boy, who was then 17, inside the Moose Lodge in 2014, and allegedly offering the boy $500 then $1,000 for sex.
