TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A teenager has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Tucson last month that left one man dead.
Pima County Sheriff’s officials say the 16-year-old boy has been booked into the county’s Adult Detention Complex on suspicion of murder.
The Associated Press is not naming the teen because he’s a juvenile.
Sheriff’s officials identified the boy as the alleged shooter who went to a hospital for treatment for injuries he received during the April 17 incident.
Authorities say a 21-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting and a 20-year-old man was taken to a hospital for serious injuries.
They say the two men were in a camper trailer when the teenage suspect allegedly pulled a gun from a backpack and began firing.
