NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Authorities say they’ve arrested a woman in connection with a double shooting that killed another woman and wounded a man.

The Advocate reports (https://bit.ly/2qZZVPJ) New Orleans police said in a statement that 20-year-old Raekeda Wright was arrested Tuesday in relation to a double shooting in the city’s St. Roch neighborhood on May 1.

Wright was charged with second-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Ferniqua “Muffin” Johnson and attempted second-degree murder in the shooting of a 23-year-old man.



It’s unclear if Wright has an attorney.
