PENNS GROVE, N.J. (AP) - Authorities have recovered the body of a man who went missing when his boat capsized in the Delaware River.
Another man on the 12-foot vessel was able to swim ashore after the vessel turned over near Penns Grove on Sunday. The men were not wearing life jackets.
Authorities searched the river throughout the day from the Commodore Barry to the Delaware Memorial bridges. However, low visibility hampered the search.
