CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has been indicted on a charge of selling fentanyl that caused the overdose death of a woman last year.

The indictment of 31-year-old Morgen Chapman, of Concord, was announced Tuesday.

Police in Pembroke had been investigating the death of 21-year-old Violetta Monastyrskaya on April 2, 2016.

Chapman is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.
