OGDEN, Utah (AP) - The Weber County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help identifying a white or Hispanic man whose body was found by hikers over the weekend on a mountain trail near Ogden.

The hikers reported discovery of the body Sunday afternoon near the Waterfall Canyon Trail.

The sheriff’s office said Tuesday the 5-foot-6 man between the ages of 15 and 30 had a shaved head and facial hair below his lower lip.

He was wearing a green tee shirt over a white long-sleeve shirt, grey long-john pants and blue Adidas tennis shoes. A black-and-grey coat and a Miami Heat Dwayne Wade basketball jersey was found nearby along with a navy blue Dallas Cowboys baseball cap with letters written on top of the brim in black magic marker.

Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Steve Haney (801-778-6635).
