FLAT ROCK, Ala. (AP) - A traffic stop in DeKalb County has yielded three kinds of drugs and paraphernalia.
The Gadsden Times reports (https://bit.ly/2qrG6CN ) 45-year-old Jamie Shrader was arrested Saturday after a DeKalb County K-9 deputy pulled his vehicle over for a traffic violation. DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris says Shrader told the deputy he had a methamphetamine pipe, and a search of the vehicle with K-9 Yogi yielded 38 grams of ICE methamphetamine, 24 Ecstasy, four Xanax, a set of scales and two hideaway compartments.
Chief Deputy Michael Edmondson said residents should be on the alert for Ecstasy with a rainbow appearance circulating in the county.
Shrader was charged with trafficking illegal drugs, two counts of unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. It’s unclear if he has a lawyer.
