WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) - Police say a man has died after being hit in the head multiple times during a robbery in Worcester.

Worcester police say 40-year-old Dai Ha was hit in the back of the head while he walked to his car on the night of May 15. Ha fell to the ground and was hit again, causing him to lose consciousness.

Police say multiple suspects searched Ha’s clothing, finding his car keys. The suspects took items from his car and left the scene.

Police say they’ve arrested 25-year-old Shelia Pagan-Ariyo after finding her fingerprints inside Ha’s car. They say 52-year-old Robert Ester has also been arrested after they were able to establish “probable cause.”

It couldn’t be determined Monday whether the suspects have retained attorneys.

The case is still under investigation.
