PRAIRIEVILLE, La. (AP) - A Louisiana man accused of running over his wife has been arrested.

The Advocate reports (https://bit.ly/2rinO7D ) 60-year-old Timothy Cockerham was arrested Sunday morning after authorities say he ran over his wife with his vehicle and left her hurt in the driveway of their Prairieville home.

Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Bobby Webre says officers found a woman unresponsive and used surveillance video to determine that it was Cockerham who injured her. She was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Cockerham was booked into Ascension Parish Jail on counts of aggravated second-degree battery, domestic violence and hit-and-run.

It’s unclear if he has an attorney.
